Electrician

Responsibilities

• Perform new installations of power distribution, transformers, lighting, and temporary construction power up to 480 VAC
• Maintain and troubleshoot various electrical components
• Use complex electrical schematics, blueprints, and P&IDs to plan work and correct problems
• Complete tasks in a timely manner and provide feedback to internal teams
• Ensure job site safety by evaluating hazards and following proper procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of Journeyman Electrician experience in industrial or commercial settings
• Proficiency with hand tools, electrical meters, and testing equipment
• Expertise in sizing conductors and conduits using NEC Code Book
• Experience handling low to high voltage up to 480 VAC
• Ability to interpret electrical prints, schematics, and diagrams
• Ability to lift and carry up to 100 lbs and work at elevations up to 60 ft
• Ability to work weekends, nights, or on-call as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with medium voltage
• Knowledge of installing and troubleshooting PLCs, motor controls, and drives
• Ability to produce as-built drawings and parts lists
