Electrician

Responsibilities

• Perform installation and upgrading of navigational aids, communications systems, and weather monitoring equipment on airfields across the United States.
• Work as part of a construction and installation crew to establish or upgrade airfield and air traffic control systems, including ILS, visual landing aids, remote communications, and radar systems.
• Execute electrical systems installation, civil construction tasks, and electrical equipment installation tasks.
• Complete projects at airports and remote facilities in various environments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in electrical installations.
• Extensive experience with above and below ground electrical installations, including duct banks, manholes, steel racks, towers, and poles.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting project drawings, specifications, and client standards.
• Experience using electrical and electronics test equipment.
• Ability to pass a government background check.
• Ability to pass DOT physical requirements and a fleet driver motor vehicle history check.
• Ability to travel 100% throughout the United States, its territories, and possessions.

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 30 training.
• Strong customer service skills with experience working directly with site owners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for daily and weekly reporting.
