About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the head of construction and technical project management
- Monitor in-house facilities and perform electrical maintenance and repair work
- Analyze and resolve technical faults
- Perform assembly and disassembly tasks
- Conduct safety inspections of electrical equipment according to DGUV-A3 and the Industrial Safety Ordinance
- Maintain documentation including circuit diagrams, test protocols, and checklists
- Supervise fire alarm and elevator systems
- Support cross-trade repair work (e.g., locksmith or plumbing tasks)
- Operate and optimize systems such as video surveillance, electronic locking systems, call/telephone systems, and ventilation
- Perform daily workshop duties and participate in the technical on-call service
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in electrical trades
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience in maintenance of electrical systems in a healthcare setting is an advantage
- Knowledge of Wave software is a plus
- Structured and responsible personality with initiative and teamwork skills
