About the role
Responsibilities
- Layout, install, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on complex electrical equipment and control systems
- Analyze and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions to minimize production delays
- Read and interpret technical drawings and wiring schematics
- Follow established safety procedures in accordance with OSHA and company standards
- Participate in continuous improvement activities and promote teamwork across departments
Requirements
- At least six years of related experience as an Electrician or a U.S. Department of Labor Certificate of Completion in the Electrical trade
- Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including day, afternoon, or night shifts, as well as overtime, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift or carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and navigate a busy industrial environment
- Must be able to pass comprehensive assessments, drug testing, and a background check
