Electrician

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced breakdown and preventive maintenance on complex plant machinery, manufacturing equipment, and facility-related systems.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and document breakdown maintenance activities to ensure process repeatability and uptime.
• Enhance machine utilization by reducing changeover and setup times.
• Partner with management, engineering, and vendors regarding new machinery selection, specifications, and operator training.
• Troubleshoot and repair machine control systems, power circuits, relay logic systems, and PLC systems.
• Assist in designing, assembling, or fabricating equipment and special machines.
• Adhere to all corporate and departmental safety guidelines and support environmental initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• 3-5 years of professional electrician experience.
• Ability to interpret schematic drawings, diagrams, and printed instructions to resolve electrical problems.
• Computer literacy.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with all levels of the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts and aerial platforms.
• Experience with PLC systems and relay logic.
