Electrician - Facilities and Maintenance

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of complex manufacturing equipment, including CNC machining centers and process ovens
• Provide maintenance support for the installation, relocation, or modification of manufacturing equipment
• Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track maintenance and repairs for equipment and facilities
• Assist in the development of maintenance procedures and schedules
• Maintain a high commitment to safety and quality in a fast-paced R&D environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Electricians license
• 3+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience
• 7+ years of experience with electrical systems and complex manufacturing equipment
• Ability to read and understand technical and electrical drawings, manuals, and reports
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical activities such as climbing, stooping, and standing for extended periods
• Willingness to work occasional nights, weekends, or on-call shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with lean manufacturing, 5S, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles
• Experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
