Electrician

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain electrical and electronic equipment within the manufacturing facility
• Resolve identified facility issues to ensure uninterrupted customer supply
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical drawings, and program logic
• Utilize various shop and hand tools including Amp meters, voltmeters, scopes, and meggers
• Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, and boom lifts
• Perform welding tasks including stick, spot, and tack welding on carbon and stainless steel

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a journeyman electrician or equivalent demonstrated experience
• 2+ years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance
• Working knowledge of manufacturing and maintenance safety requirements
• Proficiency in reading blueprints and electrical drawings
• Ability to work at heights and operate lifts
• Experience with welding machines and various welding techniques
• Ability to work the 2nd shift onsite
