Electrician/Electrical Technician - Air Traffic Systems

Responsibilities

• Perform installation and upgrades of communications and automation systems at FAA facilities across the United States
• Work as part of a construction and installation crew to establish new or upgrade existing systems at airports and remote facilities
• Execute electrical systems installation, civil construction tasks, and electrical equipment installation tasks
• Read, interpret, and implement project drawings, specifications, and client orders and standards
• Adhere to construction quality and safety best practices

Requirements

• US Citizenship is required
• 100% travel is required throughout the United States, its territories, and possessions
• Must pass a government background check
• Must pass DOT physical requirements and a fleet driver motor vehicle history check
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in electrical installations
• Experience with above and below ground electrical installations, including duct banks, manholes, steel racks, towers, poles, and airfield systems
• Ability to perform concrete work, excavation equipment operations, and surveying

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 30 training
• Valid Electrician license
• Experience using electrical and electronics test equipment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for daily and weekly reporting
• Strong customer service skills and experience working directly with site owners
