About the Company

Cable is a new full-stack electricity retailer based in Sydney. We deliver "firm" electricity supply to our customers at 20-40% lower cost than incumbents by installing managed behind-the-meter batteries coupled with an advanced AI stack.

Responsibilities

• Lead residential installations (15-20 sites per month)
• Conduct site inspections alongside the operations team
• Solve remedial electrical works issues
• Refine installation processes and software tools with 3rd-party partners
• Contribute to the definition of Cable's installation standards
• Monitor network performance and quality control as the business scales
• Manage O&M for the battery fleet

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience signing off on high-quality electrical jobs
• Full NSW Electrical Licence
• SAA accredited Install
• SafeworkNSW Induction (White Card)
• Valid driver's licence with <7 demerit points over the past 3 years
• Ability to work both on the road and in the office

Preferred Qualifications

• SAA Accredited Designer
• Familiarity with modern software tools like Slack, Notion, or AI assistants (Claude/ChatGPT/Gemini)
