Electrician

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial electrical systems
• Support and assist with cost/job estimates and PM contract proposal submissions
• Read and interpret drawings and contract specifications
• Requisition materials and supplies as required
• Resolve work problems and recommend work measures to improve productivity
• Ensure safe working conditions are enforced and strictly adhered to
• Provide status reports and prepare necessary paperwork including timesheets and service reports

Requirements

• Red Seal Electrician certification
• Supervisory experience with mid-size commercial projects
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Business Development experience
