About the role
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and plumbing fixtures in residential settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Troubleshoot electrical and plumbing issues to identify effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with local and national electrical and plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Work collaboratively with other trades and contractors on various projects
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients
- Maintain organized documentation of work performed, inspections, and service agreements
Requirements
- Valid electrical or plumbing license
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in electrical or plumbing work
- Strong understanding of electrical and plumbing systems, codes, and regulations
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
