Electrician

Responsibilities

• Perform repair, maintenance, and installation of electrical systems
• Locate and determine electrical malfunctions using test equipment
• Test electrical equipment such as motors, heaters, and controls for safety and efficiency
• Install fixtures and other electrical equipment
• Inspect circuits for specified shielding and grounding
• Maintain knowledge of fire alarm systems and adhere to standards
• Maintain records of all materials and equipment
• Ensure workplace and storage areas remain clean and tidy
• Adhere to hotel security regulations and environmental commitments

Requirements

• Graduate or Diploma holder in Electricals
• Trade Certificate with minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity or an Engineering degree
• Proficiency in English (reading and oral)
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task in high-pressure situations
