Electrical/Telecommunications Installation Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise the correct execution of medium and low voltage systems in cellular base stations
• Verify the installation and operation of electrical panels, -48 VDC rectifiers, battery banks, and electrical distribution systems
• Supervise the implementation and measurement of grounding systems to ensure technical compliance
• Oversee photovoltaic system installations as required by projects
• Verify compliance with Terms of Reference (TDR) and Technical Specifications (ETT)
• Prepare technical supervision reports, observations, and work conformity documents
• Coordinate with contractors and site teams to ensure adherence to schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations

Requirements

• Degree and professional registration in Electrical Engineering or Electromechanical Engineering
• Active CIP membership (indispensable)
• Minimum 3 years of general experience in electrical installations for telecommunications works
• Minimum 3 years of specific experience as a Field Supervisor in medium/low voltage, -48 VDC rectifiers, battery banks, distribution panels, and grounding systems
• Knowledge of current electrical regulations and telecommunications infrastructure standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for technical reporting
• Availability for field supervision and travel as required by the project

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma in Low or Medium Voltage Electrical Systems
• Course in Electricity for Telecommunications
• Course in Grounding Systems
• Course in Photovoltaic Systems
