Electrical/Network Technician

Reflex Robotics is building affordable wheeled humanoid robots to automate dangerous and repetitive tasks in manufacturing and logistics. Backed by Khosla Ventures, our engineering team includes leaders from Boston Dynamics and Tesla, focused on creating high-performance, low-cost robotics systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform system debugging as the first line of defense for robot electrical issues
• Execute SMT rework, oscilloscope testing, cable harness production, and PCB design
• Conduct network testing, setup, and debugging at HQ and customer sites
• Perform mechanical assembly
• Manage inventory and quality control
• Resolve technical issues with the engineering team
• Create detailed written and verbal team updates
• Travel occasionally to customer sites

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with complex electromechanical or robotic systems
• Proficiency with diagnostics and troubleshooting
• High comfort level using a terminal
• Multidisciplinary knowledge in controls, mechanical dynamics, systems integration, and firmware analysis
• Extensive experience with hand tools, power tools, and common shop tools
• Ability to follow and update assembly instructions
• Authorized to work in the USA
• Driver's license preferred
