Electrical/Mechanical Site Engineer

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate the construction of the project's MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) installations
• Coordinate foremen and site personnel
• Supervise MEP works and subcontractors
• Prevent and resolve technical construction problems
• Monitor supplier obligations
• Conduct, coordinate, and monitor inspections and tests of MEP equipment
• Monitor and control project expenses
• Check subcontractor certifications
• Ensure adequate stock of MEP materials
• Conduct market research for materials and participate in drafting cost estimates and technical offers
• Communicate with services and crews
• Update the Site Manager on project progress

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (TEI)
• 5 years of site experience in MEP works
• Very good knowledge of English (spoken & written)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• AutoCAD knowledge is desirable
