About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate the construction of the project's MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) installations
- Coordinate foremen and site personnel
- Supervise MEP works and subcontractors
- Prevent and resolve technical construction problems
- Monitor supplier obligations
- Conduct, coordinate, and monitor inspections and tests of MEP equipment
- Monitor and control project expenses
- Check subcontractor certifications
- Ensure adequate stock of MEP materials
- Conduct market research for materials and participate in drafting cost estimates and technical offers
- Communicate with services and crews
- Update the Site Manager on project progress
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (TEI)
- 5 years of site experience in MEP works
- Very good knowledge of English (spoken & written)
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- AutoCAD knowledge is desirable

- Strong organizational and decision-making skills
- Ability to react immediately and solve daily issues
- Adherence to strict schedules
