About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor, coordinate, and control all electrical/mechanical works
- Participate in budget preparation and forecasting for E/M projects
- Supervise subcontractor activities to ensure proper and legal operation of installations
- Coordinate and route the approval of E/M studies
- Monitor project progress, identify budget or deadline deviations, and certify completion for supplier payments
- Participate in the tendering process by defining technical requirements for E/M equipment
- Handle work permit requests for E/M activities with third parties
- Assist in preparing and monitoring the annual E/M budget
- Prepare reports for all E/M installations
Requirements
- University degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in concession projects
- Very good knowledge of English (oral and written)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office applications

- Organizational skills and methodical approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to collaborate with different departments and entities
