Electrical/Battery System Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and develop electric motor, battery pack, and BMS systems
• Create electrical schematics and system specifications
• Conduct testing and validation for electrical and battery systems
• Analyze test data and improve system performance and reliability
• Support prototype development, debugging, and troubleshooting
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration into vehicles
• Prepare technical documents and test reports
• Support final product validation and release for automotive use

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in electrical systems, battery systems, or EV power systems
• Basic knowledge of automotive electrical systems and testing
• English fluency required

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with battery packs and BMS
• Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin)
