Electrical/Automation Engineering Graduate - Global Trainee

Responsibilities

• Observe core processes through on-the-job training, project assignments, and training activities
• Collaborate on the execution of critical industrial projects
• Learn Tenaris's global strategy, systems, and operational processes
• Analyze information and prepare technical deliverables, including reports and process documentation
• Maintain regular contact with various departments and hierarchical levels to achieve performance results
• Develop and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and measure area results
• Comply with all company policies, management standards, and applicable laws and regulations

Requirements

• Engineering degree in Electrical, Mechatronics, Automation, or Robotics
• Graduated within the last 4 years
• Less than 4 years of related professional experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong decision-making and analytical skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment
