About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform daily supervision of electrical works executed by contractors to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and STM technical standards
- Ensure contractors adhere to prevention programs, electrical safety procedures, and applicable environmental requirements in coordination with SST representatives
- Monitor the progress of electrical works across various project zones and report any issues impacting schedules or operations
- Participate in site meetings and coordinate interfaces between electrical, civil, and mechanical disciplines
- Draft daily site reports, including photographic documentation, technical observations, and non-conformity reports
- Verify the compliance of electrical installations, including cable trays, power distribution, power equipment, charging stations, and auxiliary systems
- Participate in inspections, testing, commissioning, and technical validations of electrical equipment
- Collaborate with quality and engineering teams to ensure respect for hold points and quality control procedures
- Track deficiencies, non-conformities, and corrective actions until closure
Requirements
- DEC or BAC in electrical engineering, electrotechnology, industrial electronics technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical works supervision or coordination on major industrial, institutional, or infrastructure projects
- Valid ASP Construction card
- Excellent written French communication skills
- Strong knowledge of electrical standards, site practices, and SST requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with electrification projects, electrical distribution, substations, or charging infrastructure
- Experience working within public transit or collective transport environments
