Electrical Trainer

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct lecture and hands-on learning activities, including basic and advanced electrical training, NEC training, and torque training
• Complete and process thorough evaluations to track trainee progress
• Maintain accurate training records and schedule necessary recertification training
• Act as a key contact for curriculum development, including creating hands-on activities and reviewing content for accuracy
• Conduct daily audits on the production floor to ensure training methods are correctly applied to products

Requirements

• Perfect safety record
• 5+ years of experience as an Electrical Worker 2
• Previous experience assisting with new hire training

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading training activities within a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to influence without authority
• Strong coaching skills with the patience and passion to develop others
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working effectively in cross-functional environments
