Electrical Test Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical testing of main AC/DC distribution systems following AC/DC schematics and wiring diagrams
• Test various systems including HVAC, lighting, receptacles, fans, fire alarms, and battery systems
• Troubleshoot assembly, wiring, and testing issues to ensure product reliability
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate and timely testing execution
• Draft detailed technical reports regarding findings and recommend modifications to correct production problems

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in electrical engineering preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in electrical testing or a related field
• Knowledge of three-phase AC and DC control circuits
• Proficiency with standard electrical testing and measuring equipment
• Strong understanding of NEC Codes and Electrical Safety Procedures
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite for preparing reports and proposals
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
