Electrical Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct electrical product testing in the laboratory and at client sites
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and procedures
• Produce accurate test reports and certification documentation
• Manage workload to meet project timelines, budgets, and departmental targets
• Support the calibration and maintenance of test equipment
• Maintain high standards of health & safety and company policies

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Degree in electrical engineering, or equivalent
• Alternative HNC/HND in electrical engineering with relevant work experience
• Proven experience as an Electrical Test Engineer or in a similar role
• Recent experience using test and measuring equipment (e.g. multimeters, oscilloscope)

Preferred Qualifications

• Full Driving Licence for use in the UK
• Familiarity with EU/UK safety directives
