Electrical Tendering & Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimations for various projects.
• Assist in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with vendors to obtain and compare quotations.
• Analyze drawings and specifications for tender submissions.
• Prepare and review basic electrical layouts, schematics, and load calculations.
• Coordinate with project and execution teams to ensure drawing updates.
• Maintain tender documents, rate analysis, and project records.
• Communicate with clients, consultants, and vendors for technical clarifications.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Electrical Systems and MEP concepts.
• Good understanding of BOQs and estimation processes.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Revit or BIM.
• 0-1 year of relevant work experience.
