Electrical Technician Shift

Responsibilities

• Perform effective preventive and corrective maintenance on plant electrical equipment and installations
• Minimize downtime and contribute to production process continuity
• Read and interpret electrical plans and diagrams
• Program PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley) and manage HMI, motion control, and servomotors
• Maintain knowledge of electrical components and industrial communication networks
• Document maintenance and repair work by creating detailed reports
• Apply knowledge of pneumatics, instrumentation, and industrial control
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards in electrical work
• Drive the "Zero Stops and Zero Breakdowns" vision to reduce unplanned downtime

Requirements

• University degree or technical degree in Electrical, Mechatronic, Automation, or Electromechanical Engineering
• More than 2 years of experience in similar roles or within a manufacturing environment
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Availability to work rotating shifts

• Experience with industrial communication networks
