About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform effective preventive and corrective maintenance on plant electrical equipment and installations
- Minimize downtime and contribute to production process continuity
- Read and interpret electrical plans and diagrams
- Program PLCs (Siemens, Allen Bradley) and manage HMI, motion control, and servomotors
- Maintain knowledge of electrical components and industrial communication networks
- Document maintenance and repair work by creating detailed reports
- Apply knowledge of pneumatics, instrumentation, and industrial control
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards in electrical work
- Drive the "Zero Stops and Zero Breakdowns" vision to reduce unplanned downtime
Requirements
- University degree or technical degree in Electrical, Mechatronic, Automation, or Electromechanical Engineering
- More than 2 years of experience in similar roles or within a manufacturing environment
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Availability to work rotating shifts

- Experience with industrial communication networks
- Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills
