About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in multi-family and residential settings
- Conduct thorough inspections and troubleshooting to identify electrical issues
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless coordination
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulations
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior technicians
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of proven service experience in multi-family residential electrical work
- Proficient knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, circuits, and components
- Journeyman electrician's license
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring bending and lifting
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional certifications or training in electrical systems
- Experience with low-voltage systems or renewable energy solutions
- Knowledge of energy-efficient electrical practices
