Electrical Technician

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and assemble high-quality wire harnesses and electro-mechanical assemblies
• Read and interpret drawings and controlled documentation
• Perform hardware verification and document results
• Assist with the development of production processes
• Collaborate with design engineers to troubleshoot failures
• Build and terminate AC power equipment up to 480VAC
• Build electrical control panels to NFPA 79 & UL 508A standards
• Solder and de-solder through-hole and SMT components
• Support conformal coat, masking, epoxy application and coating

Requirements

• High school degree or equivalency certificate
• Understanding of basic electronic theory
• Experience in electrical troubleshooting
• Skilled with mechanical hand tools
• 2+ years of hands-on work experience
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs
• Availability for required shift hours, overtime, and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in electro-mechanical assembly or integration
• Experience autonomously setting up and running tests and experiments
• Strong attention to detail and work efficiency
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
