Electrical Technician

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and repair of primary and secondary voltage electrical systems.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of contract electricians to ensure high-quality work execution.
• Evaluate and correct electrical system issues at upstream and midstream facilities and well sites.
• Perform or coordinate inspections to ensure electrical safety and code compliance.
• Enforce HSE policies and ensure all tasks are performed safely on location.
• Generate and manage work orders to track maintenance activities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of electrical experience.
• Journeyman Electrician certification.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid vehicle operator’s license with an insurable driving record.
• Proven supervisory skills to lead crews, resolve conflict, and schedule projects.
• Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
