Electrical Technician

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform quality repairs on AC/DC electrical control systems, including PLC, IPC, hardwire, and field devices
• Diagnose issues using digital multimeters, schematics, and PLC/Drive logic software diagnostic tools
• Repair and maintain AC/DC motors, drives, and servo systems
• Replace defective control system components and verify correct operation according to process standards
• Track work orders, repair details, and working time using SAP-PM/PUMA via iPad
• Maintain power and lighting transformers
• Execute small mechanical repairs and troubleshoot/replace computer/IPC hardware
• Follow LOTO procedures and wear proper PPE to ensure a safe working environment
• Communicate professionally with maintenance, engineering, and production personnel

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electronics, Manufacturing Technology, or a similar field
• 3-5 years of industrial electrical experience (or successful completion of the Rockwell program/electrical test)
• Proven ability to troubleshoot AC/DC control systems
• Knowledge of PLC and IPC hardware
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (sponsorship is not available)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing facility
