Electrical Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on electrical systems and industrial instrumentation according to schedule
• Diagnose faults and execute corrective maintenance on electrical panels, motors, frequency drives, and control systems
• Conduct thermographic inspections, electrical measurements, and insulation tests using specialized tools
• Maintain and calibrate plant instrumentation including transmitters, sensors, control valves, actuators, and positioners
• Manage and close work orders in SAP PM with complete technical documentation
• Strictly adhere to safety procedures including LOTO, work permits, and proper use of PPE

Requirements

• Degree/Title in Industrial Electricity, Industrial Electronics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in electrical and instrumentation maintenance within the chemical or production industry
• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans, P&ID diagrams, and control loops
• Proficiency with electrical measurement instruments such as multimeters, clamp meters, and thermography tools
• Experience with Siemens and Endress+Hauser equipment is preferred
• Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as HART, Profibus, or Modbus is highly desirable

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid certifications for working at heights and in confined spaces
• Experience with SAP PM for maintenance management
