Electrical Technical Trainer

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical training to client teams and channel partners to ensure product mastery
• Conduct engaging practical sessions and hands-on learning experiences
• Implement the ADDIE process of training from analysis to evaluation
• Maintain comprehensive training records and track progress
• Develop training programs and lead assessment and evaluation efforts
• Ensure compliance and safety during training sessions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Automobile, or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the automobile industry
• Mandatory experience with Electric Vehicles (EV)
• Diagnostic experience in an automobile workshop
• Hands-on experience with vehicle parts removal and re-fitment
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and laptop handling for diagnostics
• Strong understanding of automotive systems and technologies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in instructional design or training facilitation
• Specific service training experience in OEM or Automobile Service Centres as a Diagnostic Expert
