Electrical Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 1 to 5 collaborators and coordinate external contractors
• Distribute tasks and oversee the successful execution of electrical installation projects
• Monitor supplies and specific tooling requirements for job sites
• Perform hands-on electrical installation work to support your team
• Control completed works and oversee commissioning processes
• Ensure client satisfaction and manage any additional work requests
• Maintain strict adherence to hygiene and safety regulations

Requirements

• Training in Electrical Engineering or an experienced self-taught professional
• Previous experience in a similar leadership or supervisory role
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and planning abilities
• Proficiency in both high voltage (courant fort) and low voltage (courant faible) systems
