Electrical Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of collaborators and coordinate external service providers
• Distribute tasks and oversee the daily execution of electrical works
• Monitor supplies and manage the needs for specific tools and equipment
• Perform hands-on installation work to support team members
• Control completed works and oversee the commissioning of installations
• Ensure client satisfaction and track any additional work requirements
• Maintain strict adherence to hygiene and safety regulations on-site

Requirements

• Training in Electrical Engineering or an experienced self-taught professional
• Proven previous experience in a similar leadership or supervisory role
• Strong ability to lead, federate, and motivate teams
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage site logistics
