Electrical Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage an electrical team and coordinate external service providers
• Distribute tasks and oversee the execution of maintenance and troubleshooting operations
• Monitor supplies and specific tooling requirements
• Perform maintenance and repair operations in support of team members
• Control completed works and oversee commissioning processes
• Ensure client satisfaction and identify potential additional work opportunities
• Maintain strict adherence to hygiene and safety regulations

Requirements

• Training in Electrical Engineering or significant experience as a self-taught professional
• Previous experience in a similar leadership or supervisory role
• Strong ability to lead, unite, and motivate a team
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Strong organizational skills and field-oriented mindset
