Electrical Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of employees and coordinate external service providers
• Distribute tasks and oversee the proper execution of site works and interventions
• Monitor supplies and specific tooling requirements
• Perform installation work to support team members as needed
• Control completed works and oversee commissioning processes
• Ensure client satisfaction and manage any additional work requests
• Maintain strict adherence to hygiene and safety regulations

Requirements

• Training in Electrical Engineering or an experienced self-taught professional
• Previous experience in a similar leadership or supervisory role
• Proven ability to lead and unite teams
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Excellent organizational skills
