Electrical Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 1 to 5 employees and coordinate external contractors
• Distribute tasks and oversee the execution of electrical, thermal, and low-current installations
• Monitor supplies and specific tooling requirements for various job sites
• Perform hands-on installation work to support team members
• Control completed works and oversee commissioning processes
• Ensure client satisfaction and identify potential additional work opportunities
• Maintain strict adherence to hygiene and safety regulations

Requirements

• Training in Climate Engineering or proven experience as a self-taught professional
• Previous experience in a similar leadership or supervisory role
• Strong ability to lead and unite teams
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Strong organizational and planning capabilities
