Electrical Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 1 to 5 collaborators and coordinate external contractors
• Distribute tasks and oversee the execution of electrical installation projects
• Monitor supplies and specific tooling requirements for job sites
• Perform hands-on installation work to support team members
• Control completed works and oversee commissioning processes
• Ensure client satisfaction and identify potential additional work opportunities
• Maintain strict adherence to hygiene and safety regulations

Requirements

• Training in Electrical Engineering or experienced self-taught professional
• Previous experience in a similar leadership or supervisory role
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Knowledge of IRVE (Electric Vehicle Charging Infrastructure) is a plus
