Electrical Team Leader

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of collaborators and coordinate external service providers
• Distribute tasks and oversee the successful execution of electrical installation projects
• Monitor supplies and manage the requirements for specific tools and equipment
• Perform hands-on installation work to support team members when necessary
• Control completed works and oversee the commissioning of installations
• Ensure client satisfaction and identify potential additional work opportunities
• Maintain strict adherence to hygiene and safety regulations on all sites

Requirements

• Formal training in Electrical Engineering or significant experience as a self-taught professional
• Proven technical expertise in both high voltage (courant fort) and low voltage (courant faible) systems
• Previous experience in team management and site coordination
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to lead on-site operations
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to unite a team
