Electrical System Integration Design Engineer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical dependencies and work plans for Electrical System Integration (ESI)
• Ensure technical compliance at the system level in collaboration with integration managers and design offices
• Develop new design solutions from initial concept through to detailed design and production
• Integrate electrical systems while adhering to specific requirements and specifications
• Perform requirement analysis and integrate designs into the Digital Mock-Up (DMU)
• Provide engineering expertise to clients, including engineering management and production teams
• Manage programs and prepare technical reports and statements
• Guarantee compliance with all certification requirements and document design trade-offs

Requirements

• Aeronautical or Electrical Engineering degree (or equivalent)
• At least 5 years of practical experience in Electrical System Integration (ESI)
• Knowledge of ATA chapters 1130, 3310, and/or 8700
• Proficiency in design tools including CATIA and TRENDv4
• Proven experience in complex project design
• Advanced proficiency in English
• Experience with certification requirements and preparing certification dossiers
• Ability to work in an international, multi-site environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical experience in A400M forward fuselage design
• Proficiency with PASS SSI and 3D Jump
• Knowledge of Spanish
