Electrical Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee all electrical construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with approved engineering and project specifications.
• Approve electrical works procedures, including resource allocation, quality control plans, and safety measures.
• Supervise the installation of switchgear, transformers, inverters, power stations, and cable laying (LV/MV/DC).
• Coordinate electrical activities with other project disciplines and manage subcontractor performance.
• Perform daily follow-ups on progress, monitor schedules, and report any delay risks or safety concerns.
• Supervise and approve inspection results, ensuring all quality controls meet project standards.
• Support and cooperate during the commissioning activities of the photovoltaic plant.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in renewable energy projects, preferably utility-scale PV.
• Proven experience in PV plant construction, electrical supervision, and quality control.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. electrical standards (NEC preferred).
• Ability to interpret Single Line Diagrams (SLD), electrical layouts, and technical documentation.
• Full availability to work on-site in Dallas, Texas.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with large-scale solar module interconnection and evacuation infrastructure.
• Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to make technical decisions in field environments.
