Electrical Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical construction works across the site
• Coordinate subcontractors and internal crews to meet programme milestones
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, standards, and safety requirements
• Drive a strong safety culture and lead daily pre-starts and toolbox talks
• Monitor quality of installations including cabling, switchboards, MCCs, and instrumentation
• Liaise with engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues
• Track progress, productivity, and report on site performance

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on infrastructure projects
• Demonstrated experience working on water or wastewater treatment plants (essential)
• Strong understanding of electrical systems within industrial/process environments
• Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate site activities effectively
• Sound knowledge of Australian Standards, safety legislation, and QA processes
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
