Electrical Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical installation works across substations and wind farm infrastructure
• Coordinate subcontractors and site teams to meet program requirements
• Oversee installation of transformers, switchgear, and associated HV/LV systems
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Work closely with project engineers and managers to drive efficient delivery
• Monitor progress, resolve site issues, and provide leadership to crews

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on construction projects
• Strong background in substations, transformers, and/or wind farm projects
• Ability to lead crews and subcontractors in a fast-paced environment
• Sound understanding of electrical standards, safety, and compliance
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Relevant trade or electrical qualifications
