Electrical Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, and oversee electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities for facility systems and equipment
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate electricians, electronics technicians, and technical personnel
• Plan and prioritize daily and long-range maintenance activities to ensure operational efficiency
• Ensure strict compliance with electrical codes, OSHA requirements, and environmental regulations
• Conduct inspections and quality checks to verify work performance and system reliability
• Manage labor, scheduling, resource allocation, and project timelines
• Utilize CMMS software to develop work schedules and track maintenance activities
• Respond to operational emergencies and support mission requirements through extended hours or on-call assignments

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as an electrician with hands-on knowledge of industrial, commercial, or residential systems
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance (US Citizenship required)
• Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive position and maintain fitness-for-duty standards
• Willingness to work overtime, varying hours, and/or rotating shifts

Preferred Qualifications

• 4-year degree or trade school certifications in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology
• Certifications such as CPR, Arc Flash, Confined Space, or OSHA 30
