About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor junior superintendents, foremen, and field engineers to foster a high-performance team culture.
- Oversee electrical installation teams, ensuring all work meets project specifications and industry standards.
- Manage project execution, including scheduling, cost management, and labor rate approvals.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, clients, engineers, and suppliers to resolve technical challenges and streamline communication.
- Support project management through contract administration, change order reviews, and monthly progress reporting.
- Drive the implementation of project completion protocols and turnover processes to ensure successful closeout.
- Maintain comprehensive daily documentation and records to support compliance and reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of construction experience.
- At least 3 years in an electrical leadership or superintendent role within power generation or industrial environments.
- Thorough knowledge of NEC, IEEE, and NFPA standards.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and industry safety protocols.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite at various locations and handle overtime or weekend work as required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Current or previous state Journeyman Electrician licensure.
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Technology from an accredited institution.
