Electrical Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical work on construction and repair projects ensuring safety and code compliance
• Lead and mentor Journeymen, Apprentices, and crew members
• Supervise installation, wiring, and commissioning activities
• Interpret drawings and specifications to plan work sequencing and staffing
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding electrical project matters
• Manage material receipt, tracking, inventory, and project budgets
• Maintain accurate daily reports and project closeout documentation

Requirements

• 8+ years in electrical construction, industrial, or commercial electrical work
• OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 Certifications
• Journeyman or Master Electrical license (or in process of obtaining)
• Valid Driver’s License and TWIC card
• Certification in CPR and First Aid
• Ability to pass a negative 10-panel urinalysis and breath alcohol test
• Ability to pass a DISA background screen (score of 2 or less)
• Experience managing large crews and work scopes

Preferred Qualifications

• Electrical Superintendent or construction management experience
• NFPA 70E (Electrical Safety) certification
• Rigging, forklift, and man-lift certification
