Electrical Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily electrical activities including cable trays, conduit, wiring, grounding, and system installation
• Coordinate with construction and engineering teams for material delivery and technical clarifications
• Inspect installations and ensure compliance with plans, specs, and standards
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain logs of inspections, non-conformities, and progress

Requirements

• Technical degree in Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years of experience supervising electrical works in industrial settings
• Proficiency in reading drawings and supervising subcontractors
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Solid understanding of safety standards and site logistics
