Electrical Site Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with project drawings, specifications, schedules, and budgets
• Lead, supervise, and support site crews to foster productivity, accountability, and teamwork
• Act as the primary liaison between the company, client representatives, subcontractors, and on-site personnel
• Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring strict adherence to company safety policies and procedures
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to manage manpower, materials, tools, and equipment to meet construction timelines
• Monitor and maintain the quality of workmanship in accordance with design documents
• Mentor and train crew members to support continuous improvement and safe work practices
• Document and report all incidents and manage crew timesheet submissions

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management or a related field, or a Journeyperson PSE/Electrician designation
• 5–7 years of experience in the construction industry
• Working knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, scheduling, and cost control
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Willingness and ability to travel to project sites as required
• Experience in medium- to high-voltage substation construction is considered an asset
