Electrical Site Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise a small electrical installation team (two people)
• Manage on-site activities including installation, cabling, and network connection for cogeneration and biomethane plants
• Perform hands-on tasks such as cable laying, pulling, and electrical wiring
• Oversee the commissioning and startup of electrical systems
• Monitor output quality and ensure adherence to project timelines
• Coordinate with engineering and Project Management offices to resolve technical issues
• Manage on-site materials, team expenses, and installer hours
• Complete site activities through the definition of end-of-installation checklists

Requirements

• Electrical engineering diploma or equivalent technical training certificate
• Proven experience in industrial electrical installation and distribution (laying and wiring)
• Strong ability to read and interpret electrical diagrams
• Experience coordinating small operational technical teams
• Full availability for frequent travel, primarily within Italy and occasionally abroad
