Electrical Quality Control Inspector/Engineer

Responsibilities

• Design and formalize quality control plans and manage digital tools for tracking site anomalies.
• Perform visual and technical quality inspections on electrical installations, including cable trays, electrical panels, cabling, connections, automation systems, and fire safety systems (SSI).
• Conduct regular inspections and validate self-checks performed by execution teams.
• Lead "toolbox talks" (safety and quality briefings) for electrical installers to promote best practices.
• Manage strict documentary follow-up for control sheets and ensure site execution matches the latest approved engineering plans.
• Participate in Pre-Reception Operations (OPR) and manage the resolution of any technical reservations issued by the Project Management team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, or Professional Installation Quality Control.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical quality control, technical inspection, or site supervision, ideally within Data Centers, heavy industry, or high-tech buildings.
• Mastery of electrical and cabling standards (Low Voltage/High Voltage, Automation, and Weak Currents).
• Proven ability to draft and deploy Inspection and Test Plans (ITP).
• Strong communication skills for conducting site briefs and collaborating with project management.
• Extreme methodological rigor, attention to detail, and autonomy.
