Electrical QA/QC Engineer

Responsibilities

• Implement project QA/QC procedures and Inspection & Test Plans for electrical works
• Conduct inspections for electrical installations, including power, lighting, ELV, fire alarm, and associated systems
• Review method statements, material submittals, and quality documentation
• Coordinate inspections with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams
• Witness testing and commissioning activities to ensure compliance with project specifications
• Monitor and close NCRs, quality observations, and corrective actions
• Prepare quality reports and maintain project QA/QC records
• Support quality audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience within a main contracting company
• Proven experience in high-rise building projects
• Essential experience working within the GCC/UAE region
• Experience in the inspection, testing, and commissioning of electrical, ELV, and fire alarm systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and technical reporting
