Electrical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical engineering scope for urban development projects including MV/LV power distribution, lighting, and ELV systems
• Review electrical designs for compliance with Philippine Electrical Code, Cebu City LGU requirements, and utility standards
• Coordinate with clients, architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors
• Monitor construction works for quality, safety, schedule, and cost compliance
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and commissioning plans
• Conduct site inspections, technical audits, and progress evaluations
• Manage electrical-related risks, technical issues, and value engineering initiatives
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover
• Prepare progress reports and present updates

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering
• 8–12 years of electrical project experience in urban development, high-rise buildings, mixed-use projects, or infrastructure
• Fluency in English and local language
